The Flight Predictor is the Nexa service that estimates whether an upcoming flight is likely to cancel and, if delayed, how long the delay will be. It runs continuously in the background of every Nexa tenant and is what allows the platform to start sourcing hotel inventory before an airline officially declares a disruption.

Writing a policy JSON by hand is tedious and error-prone. The policy synthesizer lets operators describe the policy in English and returns a structured draft.
📄️ Exception Agent
When a case lands in manual review, the Nexa Exception Agent — a Nexa Trained Model — reviews the context, picks from a small allow-list of tools, and returns up to three recommendations for the human operator.
